  • The main PROBLEM with lean cuisine is the HUGE amount of SODIUM which is not healthy for anyone when consumed very frequently:smile:
  • I agree with all comments and as richiecanuck, I am concern that you may be falling into that danger zone of Anorexia! I don't think we are critizating but expressing concerns and want what's best for you. Please talk to your doctor before continuing with this crazy diet!

  • You may want to try lifting weight to lose the last pounds as you get tone. Also you may want to try the Atkins approach for a couple of week; mainly protein and selected vegies and strawberries.
