Thanks. I didn't necessarily get that 1500 number it was just an estimate. I'm glad to hear that its not just me. I will try to eat more calories since I am currently around 340 I probably need to eat more and pay close attention like you said.

You will probably have to strain out the solids and just count the liquids left in your fluid intake for the day. At least that's what I saw on an old thread. Ha

Ya, figuring minutes is the way to do it, it helps get a more precise count. For instance Let say i went bike riding for 1 hour but 45 minutes of those I was just coasting down a HUGE hill, I'm really only cycling 15 min and sitting there with the breeze in my hair for 45.

No breakfast works for me. For most its s must for me I would rather have the option of splurging for lunch and dinner than eat breakfast and not. I have never enjoyed breakfast.

Pretty much any restaurant is going to have lighter healthier fare. the big thing that I do when eating out is paying attention to the sauces. The big calorie eater is the mixer. The alcohol is really only about 65-70 calories an ounce.

I agree, in my experience pizza is not worth the calories for me. You are to expect 300+ calories for a large cheese slice. 300 is on the MINIMUM side, a cheese slice can go over 400. I have found that I don't have the will power to have one or two slices so I just avoid it.

One of my favorite things is they have 100 calorie packs of hummus and pita chips. They are great for snacking. They have TONS of organic chip things, vegetable chips and so forth as well as a ton of different flavors of hummus. One of the things I always get is chicken sausages. Ya, that's a good idea just to"fake it" I didn't realize that pretty much all alcohol has same calories. I was thinking vodka drinks would be much better than beer, half the calories or more. We will see I will want to drink like everyone else but know if I did i would have 2000 calories in beer alone.

Hi, NO problem I had some struggles to figuring it out. on your home screen......add to diary(next to the calories.....snacks..........then you can type banana into the box at the top. Let me know if that works.

Thanks for the info. I never really though about the protein idea but that makes complete since. I have heard of people using dried peanut butter and dipping apples and bananas in it. I would assume normal peanut butter is the same.
