So I am only a couple weeks in but I realized that at the end of my running it asks me to walk then will ask to cool down for 5 minutes. What is the difference? Should I be doing something different for my cool down than just walking?

What to do tonight with excess calories.
After eating healthy today and then exercising I now have a deficit of 1600 calories for the day. Its 9:17 do I eat some ice cream or something to make up some or just let it be? Any opinion appreciated.

So I am not big on running and what not and time is at the premium for me. Typically I ride a stationary bike for about 30 min so I can burn off close to 500 calories. Damn my tailbone hurts after riding the bike.
So I pushed myself a little farther than norm on the stationary bike yesterday and my tailbone now HURTS. I'm not sure if there is something different I can do so it doesn't hurt after I ride or if anyone else has experienced this. Any help would be much appreciated
