So I pushed myself a little farther than norm on the stationary bike yesterday and my tailbone now HURTS. I'm not sure if there is something different I can do so it doesn't hurt after I ride or if anyone else has experienced this.
Any help would be much appreciated

Maybe try changing your position slightly so your tailbone isn't in danger of getting bashed? Or lay a folded-up towel over the seat to make it a bit more padded.0

I got a gel pad that fits right over the bicycle seat at Target for like $20. It has really helped in that area.0

Padding makes complete sense. I am not sure why I didn't think of that.0
