I do have the 6 Week Six-Pack and I've only done that 2 or 3 times when I first got it. I just really like the Shred, but I don't think I will be doing it a 3rd time. I need to get my money's worth of the SWSP.

I have changed things up a bit and I have also started lifting heavy. When the DVD is doing chest flies, for instance, I bench press heavy weights. Do the sit-ups with weights, etc...

Anytime you exercise is a good time. Every one has a different preference. I like mornings. If I don't workout first thing, then I'm making excuses all day to not do it.

I have been to a therapist before, but it just wasn't for me. I also can't afford $50 a visit when my insurance doesn't cover it. Money plays a huge roll in my unhappiness... I have a lot going on in life and it's taking a toll.

They have "healthy" choices kinda of highlighted on the menu with a green dot next to it saying how many calories there are. I believe a petite sirloin with two veggie sides is 750 calories.

I have no reason to have respect for people who are complaing about wanting to lose weight but eat fast food everyday or puke after every time they put something in their mouth. Being HEALTHY is the key to respect.
