If you google TGI Friday's Menu, the 3rd or 4th link that comes up is a PDF of their menu with all its nutritional info! That may help.
Friday's is bad, though. I usually get the grilled chicken cobb salad and order the chicken plain (like sans that balsamic whatever they put on it) and then get the lower calorie balsamic dressing. ON THE SIDE0 -
10 oz sirloing, no butter. Double Brocolli, no butter.
That's what I get there. Add butter if you have the room in your deficit.0 -

They have "healthy" choices kinda of highlighted on the menu with a green dot next to it saying how many calories there are.
I believe a petite sirloin with two veggie sides is 750 calories.0 -

Use your judgement and only eat 1/2 of what they serve. I always ask for the to go box with the meal so I'm not tempted to eat more than 1/2.0
