this is my problem, the cellulite came out. i never saw it before. lol. i will try the lunges and squats more.

i bought the seeds. i put them in water to let it "gel". i didn't feel like it was doing anything for me. it says it can help your body think it's full. i didn't get that. it has NO flavor. but something just wasn't right....

I use the Polar FT7 calorie counter/heart rate monitor. I walked for just under 2 hours, up hills, down hills. I walked from my house to the park, around the park twice. then back. When I do the 30ds, i'm only burning around 200 calories (but i'm doing more than just walking) I don't get it.

i don't think adults shouldn't have parties. I guess i just think there mom treats them like babys. the way my family is compared to my husband is so opposite. Your right. Right now i have my phone next to my pillow, so when the alarm goes off i just hit (without really remembering i did). i'll move it to the dresser. I was able to work out for 2 weeks before i went back to work. Once I started (after my maternity leave) i haven't gotten up. I will try tomorrow morning!!

just be careful because it usually has a lot of sodium. I like the canned chicken (i put it on my salad) but i can only have a 1/3 at at time.
