well the point of the barefoot shoes I think is so theyre a snug fit. I would go back and get the smaller size if you don't like how the 41s feel.

Believe it or not... Since loosing weight I had waaaaay less back problems. My back would always hurt lifting or doing certain excercises when I was heavier. The thing I have learned though is to take care of that back before you start again. Take some time to heal, do some research and have a healthy regime lined up to…

I have my you know what and my you know who pierced ...but I'd say my biggest piercing was getting my labret scalpeled that was fun! I have had surface piercings too but my body keeps rejecting them so I'm good for now.

I totally agree with you women. I have to have a little something something or else I go crazy and start eating everything! But a little bit goes a long ways to satisfy. So yeah in moderation is a plus so as to not go over board and to feel good in and out.

I can't say I'm thin or skinny but I can say I met my goal. What I normally do is walk and run to places I gotta be. And I tend to wake up and do quick aerobic video to maintain weight. Also I still watch what I eat n drink.

Hey there Kelblue1- personally I never had this injury. But from what I've read if you think it could be bad form it's never too late to do some research and practice good form. Also definitely get some 5-10 stretch before and after you start your run. Stretch your hip and legs out , running can be hard on your body. Also…

Also don't forget there is some small amazing things called vitamins lol...I take daily vitamins that would fill in for the calories that I cut back. But everybody is different, just do what will make you happy in the end.

Hi. I am 4"10 and I try to stay at 1,200 because I actually am seeing a difference. Hopefully we can make friends. I get in all my veggies and fruits and eat meat and good foods, drink my water, and I'm down to 108...so far.
