NEED MOTIVATION BUDDIE

Hey anyone out there thinking they need some motivation??? Well I need motivation! any one want to be friends, please add me!

I am a runner, and i can't seem to knock off the weight, i am very frustrated at times, :-(
Anyone have pre or post workout meal/snack ideas?

    Everyone can use some motivation :)

    favorite snacks:
    greek yogurt with honey

    whole wheat toast with almond butter and honey

    carrots with hummus

    pretzels with hummus

    a glass of wine with handful of olives

    Motivate with OATMEAL!!!!! Its a great pre workout and protein is the best for right after!
