    I'm incredibly self-conscious about working out in public, but every time I see a bigger person working out in public I think 'good on 'em' - I never think they look ridiculous or anything like that. Yet somehow I assume that if *I* go for a run I'll be the laughing stock of the neighbourhood. I need to embrace this message and go with it! Maybe people will be encouraged to hit the footpath as well if they see my (pretty extensive) girth reducing.
