  • Thank you everyone! I really am proud of what we've accomplished. And I will eventually get to my goal. I love feeling this way and NEVER want to go back to where we came from! I look at the "before" pictures and am so thankful we finally saw the "light" and decided to change our lifestyle. I wish success for each of you…
  • LOL... I think I was concentrating to make sure the camera was straight and all that... didn't mean to look so serious! I smile when hubby takes them for me, I swear :)
  • Wow! Amazing! Congrats on your success!
  • Nikki... i LOOOOOVE this comment! It's more true than you know :)
  • Thank you everyone for the sweet comments. Yes, my aunt is just a very miserable and unhappy person, and apparently don't want anyone else to be happy either. She's skinny and always has been so I doubt it's jealousy for that, but I could see her being jealous of my happiness. Oh well, her opinion doesn't really matter…
  • You look great! Keep up the good work!
  • I absolutely know what you're talking about... I have lost 50 pounds, my husband has lost 55 and although I do think it is more noticeable on him, I still think people should be noticing me by now too. Yes, I was bigger than him to begin with, and still am, but 50 pounds is a lot to lose and have no one notice. Perfect…
  • I definitely can't pick one... but here are a few of the top favorites :) Bananas, grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries, pears, kiwi.... edit: oh I forgot pineapple!

  • I use a HRM and I'm usually between 250-280 cals. I totally recommend getting a HRM so you know your calculations are accurate. It's worth the money, especially if you have a long road ahead like I do.
  • Thanks everyone for your sweet comments! I have seen it in pictures over the last 40 pounds, so I just thought I'd see more difference from the Shred, especially since my pants are falling down all over the place. I do feel a lot stronger than when I started, so I guess that's the important thing. Here is one example of my…
  • trying to fix that last picture...
  • let's see if this is any different... http://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff472/meg811/2564-1.jpg http://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff472/meg811/2568-1.jpg http://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff472/meg811/june2010toystory-1.jpg http://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff472/meg811/2566-1.jpg Crap it's not... but you should be…
  • Yeah, I don't know why the pics are so huge and it's cutting them off... hopefully someone can help me fix it.
  • Holy crap those are huge... any idea how to fix that???
  • Weight Watchers Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese Ingredients • 6 cup(s) cauliflower, florets, fresh (about 1 head), or frozen and thawed • 1 Tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp kosher salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground • 1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano suggested Instructions • Preheat oven to…
  • I did day 10 of the shred yesterday, and can already see changes. I haven't measured again yet, but my jeans that were just kinda loose before are FALLING off of me... I had my hands full Saturday and had to have my husband pull them up for me before they fell all the way to the ground. It is definitely hard at first, and…
  • You look amazing! Happy One Year Anniversary!
  • I have lost 32 so far and no one has said anything unless they knew I was doing this (pity comments I think). BUT my mom made a good point the other day... she said that when you're bigger, sometimes people don't want to embarrass you or themselves by asking if you've lost weight, just in case you really haven't or…
  • Thanks everyone for the encouragement! Finished day 4 yesterday and already can tell a difference in my endurance! I think I'll be okay, just freaked out a little early :)
  • I have a Sportsline watch I got from ****'s, it was $30. We just got my husband the men's equivalent for $40. I'm sure there are better, more expensive ones, but ours seem to work just fine to me. Lol, I didn't realize it was "censor" me for that store name. It's D i c k 's sporting goods....
  • My mom has lost 25 doing weight watchers and has not exercised at all. Of course, that's not the "healthy" way to do it, but so far that has worked for her. I'm sure she'll eventually plateau and not lose anymore if she doesn't exercise at all, but with her it has to be baby steps... AND to put it in perspective... I have…
  • There ya go! I totally see your changes! Good job!
  • change your original post to lower case img at the beginning and end of each picture
  • Oh I have quite a list.... I'm looking forward to: 1. going to Cardinals games and not being uncomfortable in the seats 2. being able to ride the rides at Six Flags again (#1 most embarrassing moment in my life was being told I couldn't ride Batman because it wouldn't latch) 3. not shopping in plus size sections and stores…
  • I haven't changed my weight since I got my license at 16 (10 1/2 years ago), so.... it was DEFINITELY wrong (and a lie in the first place)... I remember the day we had to fill all that info out, and I specifically remember lying. I couldn't remember what I put down, so I went and looked... 169. How sad that at 16, I had to…
  • Drink as much water as you can!! I was getting frustrated losing .5 or 1 pound a week the last few weeks, but last week I drank tons and tons and tons of water, and lost 4. I don't know if it was a fluke since I wasn't drinking enough or what, but I'll take the 4 lb drop! It was the motivation I needed again.
  • Great job! You look like a new person!
  • Congratulations on reaching your goal!
