Thank you, I just don't want to damage him, he is still so young and growing. He loves fitness, he is a super healthy eater, loves fruit and veg and always goes on about 'getting enough protein' lol, it's rather sweet and funny at times! I just want to be careful not to give him a complex about his body.

I will bare the food in mind actually! I do generally eat at about 4.30pm then go to the gym at 7pm, but I might try and eat a little later, or maybe eat little and often on my gym days. AH-HA... That is what he called, I couldn't remember what he said it was, He said it was based on that. I did actually really really enjoy it at the time! Even want to do go back and do it again, but obviously, be a bit more careful next time and remember to stretch my legs afterwards!

28yrs 5ft 2 Jan 133lbs April 120lbs Currently eating 1670 calories. I work out at the gym 3x a week doing a bit of cardio and super-sets with the barbell and TRX I am losing about 1lb per week, but I will be upping my calories soon as I don't want to lose too much more weight. Upping my calories has definitely helped!
