I am only 4"10... 1450 is a good amount for me I feel. I don't usually go too hungry on it either.

Thanks for all the replies... I didn't think this was going to start a debate so sorry about that. My stomach literally just hurt so I felt I needed something to boost. I will take all your opinions into consideration.

If you REALLY need carbs... like me;) Don't cut them out too fast or you'll binge. I did that. I tried to cut them out to less than 50 grams a day and went nuts and ate half a pizza, bread sticks etc. hahaha. If you have a craving eat something. Eat something small and GOOD carbs. That is frustrating! But keep going! Your diary looks awesome. I also suggest going 1400 calories and seeing how you feel. I eat 1200-1400 a day and no I don't starve. :)

Get a heart rate monitor! I burn about 500-600 calories within an hour on my heart rate monitor... But if I plug that exact same thing into MFP it's like 200 less. HRM IS THE WAY TO GO! ;)

I don't get home from work till 9:00 at night and I always eat cause I'm hungry... And I'm still loosing weight. As long as I'm within my calorie limit. :)

I also have PCOS... I just started MFP... My doctor wants me to diet and excerise before getting put on Metformin. I have been on it before and it made me sick so I'm gonna try the old fashion way first!

I used a HRM, measuring cups and a food scale... I'm pretty dead on with my stuff. But I know where your coming from!

I Zumba an hour a day and wear a HRM and average 500 calories a session. Hope this helps!

I feel this way everyday... I have 40 pounds to loose and wish I would just wake up and all the weight would be gone. You've already lost 80 which is awesome. Your an inspiration to me. Keep going.

Thank you very much. My husband was being nice and brought it home for me and I couldn't say no... but still feel guilty. I guess I should try 1400 everyday. I just want to loose the weight fast but I know that's not how it should be.

As my diary is not 100% accurate cause I'm new and trying to log everything it says I'm under my calorie goal a lot due to working out.
