I made myself do a 20ish minute workout last night. I'm doing JM Body Revolution so, I need to get 4 of those workouts in by Saturday... I'll have to add some more cardio so that I make it to 300 mins this week.

I just started week 2 as well and I also hate planks... LOL! I'm definitely NOT doing Cardio 1 this week! I will be substituting with other cardio.

I did Cardio 1 yesterday and I don't particularly care for it. I think I'll do some other form of Cardio on the Cardio days.

I'm a single mother with a 4 y.o. son. I work full time and I have a part-time business venture as well. I can do an occasional class here and there but, in general, the gym doesn't work for me. I workout in the evenings after my son goes to sleep... it doesn't matter how late!

I'm late but, I'm in this challenge. I've done at least 100 squats on the 4th and the 5th so I'll just start with today's goal of 75! I'll be back to post when I've completed Day 6 and I'll be using 15 lb weights!

I called my father's mother Granny Barbara and my mother's mom, Lena O_o... her first name. My son calls my mother "Nahnee" and I think it's so cute!
