Looking back on how far I have come already! Once I get started I always feel better - and the feeling after a workout can't be beat.

Way to go! You look great and are doing awesome! Keep it up and thanks for the inspiration, I always love seeing the success stories out there since I am just getting started and haven't made alot of progress yet!

I am in the same boat - I have been excerising consistently and eating well but my scale doesn't change. I don't know if I can help but this is what I have done: 1. I went on a scale diet - I haven't weighed myself all month (my goal was to make it to Labour Day) 2. I tried to be more accountable for what I ate - some days…

I started the 30DS on August 1st - and it does get better, I am still on level 2, as I don't do it everyday so my body has a chance to recover. Starting Level 2 it was tougher than Level 1 , some of the moves took me longer to do. But I am noticing a difference, I don't plan to do measurements until the end of the month…

Great Job!! You look great - the tummy is the hardest part and always the last to go. I am sure you will see it shrink since you seem to have lost everywhere else. Your stats are similar to mine - I am only about 7 weeks in though I hope you have the success you did.

Because I feel better than I have in a while! I look better than I did yesterday and I am happier with who I am

I love the FIONA sports bra and buy my regular bras at Additionelle - they are both super comfy and very supportive!

Today I will stay on track because my pants buttoned easier this morning - I am making progress and can't give up now

Thank you for sharing your journey - it is an inspiring story and gives me renewed determination. I used to have a much more active lifestyle but have been up and down for the past few years. I hope I can keep the committment you have clearly shown so that I can acheive my goals. You keep saying forget about the scale - I…

I have been started running about 5 years ago (off and on) and there really is nothing I enjoy more, I am getting ready to start a new program and I have a bigger chest than you do and my doctor never told me to worry (even when I was pregnant she said I was okay to continue since I was an established runner). My…

Use canned goods or bottles of water, something like that - something that will add some resistance. Good Luck

I hear you - we cancelled our internet a few months ago - I use my phone to track everything (and while I am at work I keep up) as for exercising there are other options than videos, you can run, walk, bike or follow your own routine from a magazine. If you rather the videos, I have bought a couple new, but you don't even…

I am in the same boat - my husband and I had this very conversation yesterday, he is ready to take the scale and hide from me. I have been working hard and being really dedicated for the past 6 weeks but am seeing no change. I am on a no weigh in challenge and am not weighing myself until September. I just want to see if I…

Yayy! Love it and wouldn't have it any other way!!

I have trouble with the time too - but find it the easiest to get up early and do a workout first thing. I have about a 40 min commute to work, it is slightly longer on the way home since I have to pick up my son (hubby drops him off in the am) and traffic is a bit tighter at supper time. I do try and make it a point to do…
