Getting to my pre-pregnancy weight before my daughters first birthday at the end of September. Only 10 lbs to go to reach that goal!

I can see my collarbones!

I meal plan, enter new recipes in to MFP, and pre-log each week. Breakfast is always the same and lunch is normally leftovers from the previous nights dinner. Knowing what we're having each night helps me to plan ahead.

I needed to buy new work shirts that were business casual but good for summer. I am needing them to last all summer so I bought larges figuring they'll fit by mid-July. They fit now! Probably partly vanity sizing but I'll take it!

I have shorts in my closet that I want to fit into by early July. They have absolutely no stretch so either they fit or they don't. I am so close!

I'm the same way. I had to start prelogging my food to help stay on track. Including chocolate, which is my go to each month. Good luck!

Congratulations!!! My youngest is 8 months old (I have a 2.5 year old too) and I still have quite a bit to lose. I do strength training 1-2 times per week and just try to stay active. I have a desk job so I try to walk a lap around when possible. I work on a lower calorie range (1259-1300) which I found works best for me,…

Today is my wedding anniversary. I am planning on eating over my calories today and I'm not feeling at all guilty about it.

I made a batch of Skinnytaste chicken taco chili. Easy to put together and enough to last for the week or to freeze for the future.
-
Added! I'm also cooking for a child (toddler) and my infant is getting ready to start regular food.

You are AMAZING! Using a personal trainer was a game changer for me. I was being pushed to try new things and challenge my body. Having someone call you out when you're not doing your best is helpful too. I can't wait to see what you will accomplish!

I went wayyyyyyy over my calories this weekend. My nsv is that I didn't throw in the towel. I logged it and am moving on. If I gain, it's ok since I know that I just need to follow the plan and I can undo what I did.

Feel free to add me! I'm 39, looking to lose about 40lbs before I re-evaluate to see where I should be ultimately. I'm a pretty active MFP member.

1. What was the turning point for you? I was wearing maternity clothes still when my daughter turned 6 months old. I weighed myself and saw I was higher than I was at my 6-week postpartum checkup. She's almost 8 months old now. 2. When did you start the journey? It's been ongoing. I lost all the weight plus an additional…

Same here!

Add me! Started at 240. Down to 230 with a lot more work to get done.

I shopped in my closet! My work pants needed to be ironed (all 5 pairs - I slacked over the weekend on laundry), and I didn't want to be late, so I grabbed a pair one size down and they fit! No sucking in! No muffin top! And I can sit and move comfortably!

Please add me! I'm almost 39yo. I have a 2.5yo son and a 7mo daughter. I lost the weight from my first, plus another 30 after having my first, but I gained ALOT of weight with my second that I'm still working on losing. My husband and I work full time and never seem to have a spare minute.

My current goal is to be 220 by July 1 (currently 239) and fit in to the shorts that are in my closet.

I noticed today that the cravings are gone. I no longer want soda. I'm satisfied with one piece (1 actual serving size) of chocolate. I'm eating until I'm satisfied, not full, which also means I'm eating slower and enjoying the food. Crazy how things change!

There are a few for me this week: 1. I logged HONESTLY for 5 days in a row. I would skip things like taking a taste of something while I was cooking, or eating a fun sized chocolate bar. All adds up in the end. 2. I stopped eating lunch today when I was no longer hungry. I also ate my spinach first before I touched…

I went out today in shorts that haven't fit in two years. They never felt uncomfortable and the legs didn't ride up!
