I too am losing 19lbs so far by eating a much better diet...and I am enjoying it which is the biggest surprise ever for me. I also need some real motivation to get my body moving...I have a good day and that is followed by a few bad days...if you find the motivation button please let me know because I need to find it also.

Frankly I think the red team did the right thing...they are there for weightloss but many of them are there because of they want to win the money. Arthur did not hesitate to throw people under the bus when it was his turn and I think everyone remembered that. And besides we all know that next season or the one after that…

Thanks for sharing that was interesting.

I totally understand your dilemna...I too avoid rather than start the craving monster on a binge. And you are so right we have to eat but do not need to smoke or do drugs, alcohol etc.. Why not tell your friend that you have developed a food allergy to sugar...it might get her off your back and its not totally untrue. BTW…

great idea to reward yourself every 5 lbs...perhaps some nice bubbly bath, a trip to the movies, a manicure, a new hairbrush, a new book, lunch out with a friend. So many things to reward yourself with...keep up the good work.
