That sounds really good!

Oh my shoulder is a pain - literally! It started hurting back in 2007, and at that time, I had a cortisone shot that didn't help, followed by PT for 4 months. It seemed a little better, but that was short-lived. I then went to a sports injury doctor, and he gave me another cortisone shot in a different spot and sent me to…

The first drug I took was back in 1996 - pre-menopaus, pre-shoulder injury. I lost weight then and kept it off, and when I eliminated all the junk out of my diet in 2005, I was able to eat just about everything without counting calories or gaining weight back. When I injured my shoulder in 2007, I was no longer able to…

Thanks everyone, for the feedback. I am eager to see how Belviq works for me. Since I had success with Redux before, I'm hoping that this will have similar results. I need something to get me re-committed and re-dedicated to the process. I don't expect to take this the rest of my life... just enough to stop the yo-yo'ing…

Congrats and thanks for taking time to share the pix -- you:flowerforyou: are doing so great!!!

Prism is the best! I restarted today -- after a 3 year absence. I'm not strictly doing phase 1, but I am back to counting all calories, logging everything, and eliminating all processed foods. I let the bad stuff creep back in, but starting today, I'm back in business! I decided to eliminate all bread, pasta and potatoes…

Aloha all! My name is Ilyse, 56 years old, living in Virginia. I lived in Honolulu in 1979, and have spent the better part of my life wishing that I never left! I am obsessed with all things Hawaiian, so I was happy to see this group on here. After living there in 1979, I've only been back once, and that was in 2005. I am…

I read this article and it's got me thinking, but I can't figure out which kind of fat I have. Sad!! The article is in "First for Women" magazine, which I only give a little credibility to -- hard to take it seriously when they talk about losing belly fat, but include a ton of recipes for unhealthy fattening junk! Still,…

So inspiring! Thanks for posting the link - and continued success! BTW - The Richmond Marathon comes in the fall, and we have a reputation for being a great race!

i had one when I was 15, and had surgery to remove it. Haven't had a problem since then.

I am comfortable doing what I do, so I take unsolicited advice "with a grain of salt" - Kind of depends on the advice-giver's motivation too -- some people feel that the only way to lose weight is the way they're doing it, but that isn't necessarily what works for me. That said, there's often a nugget or two that's worth…

Hang in there!! You can do it!

That was very interesting! I didn't do too badly :)

Ha! You got me with that one! Congrats to you!!!

I eat the same way, mostly! It's quantity + quality of what you eat.... Plus, all bodies are different. Not everyone's metabolism is the same. Age, hormones and heredity play a part. I say if it's working for you, keep going!

I've enjoyed reading where everyone is located -- I am a regional sales manager for my company, and I cover all of VA and part of WV -- I have clients in just about every place you all have mentioned!

I love this! I'll be taking back my resolve and willpower, which seemed to mysteriously vanish into thin air.

I'm new here, as of yesterday, and already love the site. I have done lots of weight loss programs over the years, but the most success I had was with Prism Weight Loss. I've pretty much stuck to the lifestyle of that program, though I was eating too much and gained back some of the 50 pounds I lost back in 2005. Last…

Richmond area here. I searched by zip code and was amazed by how many local folks are here. Kind of cool :)
