I agree. I usually only weight. Yield once a month. The week after my tom. You can weight weekly if you want but I only take this one time seriously. I usually fluctuate throughout the week but always drop back down by this time.

how much protein are you actually having. it is really really bad for your liver to consume so much protein. And was is the gain back rate, once you reintroduce carbs back into your diet...seems like a recipe for disaster if you ask me. its supposed to be pretty easy...giving your muscles time to recover properly...shocks your body into adapting so that you can see results. So don't over do this week...its intended for a reason :)

mine does. polar ft60 uses a chest strap. you push start..and after push done. and it will tell you calories burned and the time you were in 1 of 3 intensity levels. fat burn zones. pretty cool. keeps track of your week calories and amount of time workout out with targets to hit based on your goals.

don't focus so much on the scale. you could be putting on muscle and more times than not when doing a weights program you retain water to protect your body and help with recovery. I went to failure as well. 20 girl push ups and 15 pull ups with a chair assist. I like military push ups. Im used to doing them in my piyo classes and insanity/t25 class loves to target the triceps. My very last push up in burnout gave out....I think that makes for a good workout :)

there are 4 different schedules yes, classic, mass, doubles, lean. day four of classic is the challenge.

I only have 10lbers as well and it was crazy brutal. try grabbing something around the house like a basketball. I used church hymnal books the other day. haha whatever it takes :)
