week 6 -p90x3
so far so good on week 2. Did eccentric upper yesterday and trio metrics today. burned 422 calories today. 298 yesterday. feeling good. my neck is pretty sore...almost constant...need to figure out how to relieve the tension I put on it during these workouts. anyone else feeling the neck strain??

p90x3 WEEK 4
transition week!!! its suppose to be a little easy to give your muscles time to recover. I had an injury last week and took a few days off so will try and do a couple doubles to make up for it. how is everyone doing??

WEEK 3 P90X3
Ok last week of this first block schedule. Lets NAIL IT. try to up your reps by just a tad to improve on the last 2 weeks. Hold the pose just one second longer than you could before. you can do this. 3rd times the charm right?? :) Total synergistics is on deck for today. lets do this!!!

END OF WEEK 2
Hey guys how did week 2 go?? I am SO SO SO sore from the challenge. I did 20 push ups and 10 pull ups. it really makes the next few days workouts super hard. anyone else feeling the burn??? this is the point where I might have quit or slowed down in the past. not this time...if you want a change you have to CHANGE right.

week two day two. agility x is on deck....post when you completed!!! Also I's like to know what you use for your marker target guilds.... do you use tape??? I have used checkers and then little pieces of paper :) they kept moving around...not the best, but I got the job done.

WELL its week two of our 90 day challenge. How is everyone feeling? Im a little sore, not gonna lie. But feeling refreshed and ready to start this all over again. DAY 7-P90X3
Hey guys did you decide on a REST day or are you taking the challenge of dynamix. This is actually a fairly restful exercise so you should still get a nice strength/cardio rest even if you choose to do it. Its similar to yoga but a little faster. I enjoy the scorpion stretch. How about you guys :)

Ok guys how did you do on day four? Im doing p903 so today is "the challenge' push ups and pull ups. very intense strength exercises of me, but thats why I'm here. to challenge myself. Ive got my bottom....no where to go but up from here :)

Today is Agility X for me. This one is pretty fast paced cardio sports conditions drills. I've just finished t25 which is pretty much all sports condition drills, So I'm in comfortable surroundings on this one.

I went to a zumba sentao class this morning!!! haven't been to this class in a few weeks and it felt great.
