  • We eat Peter Pan Chuncky, Creamy, and sometimes as a treat the Honey flavor ones. I love peanut-butter popsicles! (It's just a scoop of peanut butter on a spoon)

  • have you tried just using your weights to lose the body fat percentage? You can lift to gain, lose, and tone up. It's all about the amount of weight and reps.
  • Stretch it out! Get that latic acid moving around :)
  • Two months before I was 16, and that was only because AT&T had some awesome "Santa" deal for phones since it was Christmas time. Otherwise it would have waited until I was 16. I bought the phone, paid for activation, my share of the bill, and even overage charges on the phone bills. I think I was allowed 20 minutes per…
  • I have it and I love it! My problem is that I don't play it enough, yet. I went in for Zumba right after they released the newest one, and all the stores didn't have the older version that I wanted. I didn't want to pay $60 for a 'game' I didn't know for sure if I'd like or not, so I talked with a sales person (this was in…
  • You're right on track! The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Anything more and you'll most likely gain it back once you're done being strict on eating and exercise. Progress will vary for each person, sometimes you might lose 5 or more pounds a week, other times you might not lose at…
  • I just googled it: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/donkey-calf-raises
  • Thank you for all the input ladies! I have gone in to Victoria's Secret a few different times for sizing and each time it's a different size, and then I still try on what feels like every bra style and size in the store. Sigh. I usually leave with one that does the best, but does not get the job done. I find it extremly…
  • For me I feel like I have one week a month to recoperate between periods. The week before I am constantly irritated, short on temper, and over sleep. The week of I'm bloated, cranky, sore all over, tired, and feel disgusting since my gut always sticks out more that week. The week after is when the chocolate and peanut…
  • But if you did that, wouldn't you be lying to one of the circles? I'm on Google+ and it's loaded with people, but I don't really use it. With FB and Twitter I don't know if I have enough to say for my G+ account!
  • I think it's great that people feel comfortable enough to post pictures of any kind of body showing. I don't think it's to rub it in people's faces though. I more see it as "I did this to my body, you can too!" or a progress shot. I see a lot of "skinny" midrifs as well as "not-so-skinny" midrifs. I think both are fine.…
  • My loved ones because I love them. The woman who didn't say 'Hello' back because she might need a little cheer in her life.
  • I'm 24 and I am also looking to lose about 40-50 pounds, feel free to add me! I'm new at actually caring about what I eat and exercise.
  • I add in some pepper, salt, and then eat it right out of the container :)
  • My advice is: more fiber, and a lot more water. Sometimes coffee can help move things through, but it doesn't work for everyone. After not pooping for a week it might be a hard and possibly a hurtful poop, so be prepared. Also drink a little bit more water the day your bowel finally moves itself. If you can't go by…
  • I am 24 years old, too old? Am I an old fogey already? ;) I don't know for sure what I weigh, but I'm around 180-190 at a height of 5'6", my goal is to drop 50 pounds, tone up, and live a heatlhy life. Feel free to add me!
  • A LOT of people are saying the kids have no respect for the parent here, but in what I've read through these posts [yes, all pages], I'm seeing a huge lack of respect from the mother to the kids. Respect is a two way street, not one. I still find this ridiculous. Food shouldn't be hidden or locked up, you're going to give…
  • Are you kidding? :grumble: 1. First off, if that’s your food budget for 3 growing boys and that's seriously all you can afford suck in your pride and go get some help. Family, friends, shop at places like Aldi's, food pantry’s, or food stamps. You're not giving those 3 boys enough food off of 75 dollars a week. I'm on a…
  • Hello! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like  I have recently re-joined MFP after being absent for about a year and am in the stages of watching what I eat to learn my habits, triggers, and ways to fight them. It sounds like you have good activities to keep busy and exercise, good luck and keep going! Edit:…

  • Subway used to scoop the bread out into a boat, but they quit doing it for some unknown reason. When I worked at a Subway 4 years ago this was a very popular request. By the way, I wouldn't recommend Subway, go with Roly Poly although I have no idea what that is.
  • momou18 - Thank you so much for your advice! I really apprciate it, I can't go full-blown gluten free yet but what we have been able to do really makes an impact for me. We've been using the Heartland Pasta, it's one of the ones that are available up here. I've seen the Quinoa brand you mentioned and am glad to hear it's a…
  • This girl here backs up that claim through experience. My body doesn't react well to diary/lactose although I'm not actually diagnosed with Lactose Intolerance, and the same with Gluten. I've switched to Rice Milk and don't have any issues with milk anymore. The probiotics in yogurt do aide with digestion, but not in a way…
  • I used to get Activia to aid with digestion, but i discovered myself letting them go bad in the fridge from not eating them. I switched to Yoplait thinking the bigger choices on flavor would help with eating more yogurt and it seems to. I haven't ventured to Greek Yogurt, it seems a little expensive to eat it everyday.
  • Does anyone know how I could accomplish this with Rice Noodles? I try to eat Gluten Free and anything with Noodles is easily replaced with Rice Noodles to cut out that Gluten in-take. However my one-time home-made try of chicken noodle soup with rice noodles was not very good. I had pre-cooked them and added them into the…
