I chew a pc. of extra sugarfree dessert gum while running, it helps to keep my mouth from becoming over dry so just hydrate before hand then chew a pc and hydrate at end. I has helped me.

I didn't get the crunches done, don't know what sat was so didn't do those either, however ran 10 miles yesterday so I think I completed sundays challenge and I did the 1 min Wall Squats today, too. How about the rest of the Fantastic 5?

Try pushing yourself just 1 more extra minute each time you run, you can do anything for 1 minute. Then in no time you will be running for 25 mins and then 30 and so on.
