You can find nutritional values online for their food! My favorite is rip tips-3 oz is 260 calories-but you have to watch your portions, which is difficult there! I eat mine in the morning w/ an Arnold's Select 100% whole wheat roll. Its perfect sandwhich bread, low in calories, good for you, keeps me full till lunch and you can find it anywhere! :)

When I drank and wanted to cut calories I would get a flavored vodka or bacardi, my favorite was dragonberry-its like strawberry, and mix it w/water. Sounds gross but if you mix it right theres not a lot of alcohol flavor and youre drinking water so theres less chance of a hangover! Its delicious! I had it down to an art :)

I agree! Whole grains are so much better for you and deprieving yourself isn't good, so I would have one slice and feel ok with it! :)

Don't drink any water for a couple of days to lose the water weight!!! I didn't do it obviously! I knew that was terrible advice right away!!

I got a precription for Fioricet....helps so much! I used to get them daily and since I've started taking this they have decreased a lot!!
