  • I am sorry he hurt you and yet happy you can see how shallow he is! Do not doubt your worth, beauty, or whether you are deserving of a loving companion. You were shown this situation for a reason. Learn from it. How impowering would it have been after he said this if you simply asked the waiter for the check? Being cool,…

  • Yummm especially on top of New York Flat Bread Mini Crackers...I like plain hummus with the "Everything" flat bread. They are low fat and delish with hummus!! When I make homemade hummus I add a few drops of toasted sesame oil in place of tahini. To me it has the same effect and I can buy it in my local store.

  • You can click on the food tab and then search for and add to a meal each of the ingredients you listed. Once you click save as a meal you can see the nutritional info you desire. Then of course delete it from your food diary if you really didn't have it for breakfast today. Hope this helps. ~Namaste :flowerforyou: Mi

  • Try drinking a glass of soy, almond, or rice milk, If your stomach feels OK afterward I would begin eating that with my cereal instead. Sounds to me like you could be lactose intolerant or allegic to the milk or something added to it. I am not a professional but I do have a daughter who has the same issue.

  • Hello Cp & Pups, I agree that our muscles need recovery so when I do shred I go down to plank and hold it to work my core muscles, I don't do a pushup during Shred because my arm muscles are fatigued and repairing from the 100 Pushup Challenge. CP you are very wise to consider your current workout schedule and tweak it to…
