Dukan does work,m hybriding now though, got tired of all the chemicals i was consuming and my nurse kept complaining about its effect on my overall health. Stuck at same weight since i started eating off Dukan, hoping to get back again soon, might go to consolidation if i get pregnant along the way. I love the new fit…

lost about 4.4 pounds during the attack phase in 3 days whoop! Lost about 6 pounds now in barely one week and just 3 days into the cruise phase! Feeling stoked and ready to go the long haul:flowerforyou:

starting all over again and this time cutting out all dairy in the attack phase to have fast results. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the feedback. Stopped d crackers yday and noticed a loss of 1kg. Myt just substitute with plain old fashioned oats for the fibre at least, i believe that should work. hope you're having a great day

Congrats and nice to hear you have done so well. Just starting our and on day 3 of attack phase, not lost anything yet...sob I had low calorie crackers at like 6g cabs and 60cals, could that be the cause? Not been able to get oat bran around here, i live in africa.

same here, started yday and net around 1150 with 30 mins of cardio exercises and 20 mins of walking:sad: I tink i should just wait till 2mrw before i get sad.....

just starting the Dukan so i can get to a healthy weight pre-baby. Was a little worried that the change in diet might affect ovulation. Any light on this pls?

Did the work out yday and it was fun in a wierd way. Shaun T knows how to break d intensity just when you begin to feel cramps! Can't wait to continue today, after work...after skool...*sigh*:frown:

i soooo hate stale bread! So keeping it in the freezer helps with portion control indeed, keeps it frozen frozen fresh too.

Ironically, you are my height and goal weight! This should mean u have a veeeeery healthy BMI I suggest you work on toning as well and pls eat more dear-starvation mode might be responsible for your plateau
