Tues MINI challenge

ok all lets try 100 squats with or without weights
break them down throughout the day if you have to but remember you also get cardio burn if you do them all at once....
--- I am going to try for 2 sets of 50 :)
** do what you can do but dont injure yourself *****stay safe=stay on track :)


luv you all - you keep me motivated to push myself :) couldnt do it without you!!!

    Done about 30 this morning. Wud prolly do 30 during lunch break and complete d rest at night:wink:
