I'm in. I always see these mini challenges and it's time I start trying some! Only problem I won't be able to post that I've completed until tomorrow as my home computer is broken and I currently only have access at work. 100 Squats here I come!0

ok all lets try 100 squats with or without weights
break them down throughout the day if you have to but remember you also get cardio burn if you do them all at once....

Mine are all done -paired with pushups 50...100 crunches and 50 each tricep/bicep curls thanks for joining me and helping keep me motivated too :) Have a great afternoon everyone!0 -

Okay so originally I thought I'd have to post tomorrow that I was done but....I'm done!!!!! So proud of myself 100 squats done periodically over a few hours it's actually not that bad0
