If you have a trader joe's near you, they have smaller sized loaves. I freeze bread all the time and it's fine, just don't nuke it; it will get hard.

Mostly cardio, I can't do much weight training due to medical condition. I drink at least 64oz a day. I do wear a HRM, just started to a couple weeks ago. Maybe I need to pay more attention to sodium and work out cals. Any more suggestions would be great. These are great so far!

Lol when I went I walked more than 11 miles a day just to see the sights! There's tons of extra calories for you right there.

You can mix any dry cake mix with one can of pumpkin and bake it off as cookies. Just add chocolate chips to taste. Also works for cupcakes, done the same exact way.

Running with asthma does it form me. I burn about the same calories walking uphill though, so I usually stick with that.

That was my very first goal the first time I did MFP! (I lost 80lb then gained about 40 back after starting shift work) It was so exciting to buy that first pair. I used to go every week to try them on. Good luck!

Dredge is whole wheat flour, sautee in pan with non-stick cooking spray. add half cup white wine, juice of one lemon and some capers. yummy!

awesome i didn't know that parchment paper would work since it has no holes lol. I think I will get some berries to try this tomorrow!
