Can you make instant pudding with almond milk?

    Last weekend, I tried making a chocolate mousse with almond milk. It was one box of sf pudding, FF cream cheese, light cool whip, and 2 cups almond milk. It came out pretty good! The texture was a little different than when I use 2% milk, but tasted the same. I would imagine that it would work just fine with pudding.

    Not sure... I made pudding the other night and on the box it said "will not set with soy milk". Not sure about almond milk though.
