Hit a bag at about 70-80 power and wear your boxing gloves. 50-70 power on hand held targets depending on what you are training. 50 on a sparring partner. Is the rule of thumb at my school unless told otherwise.

As part of a say a fast diet like 5:2 or every other day the low days aren't that bad once you're used to em. As an everyday thing NO its bad unless it's supervised by a doctor.

O.o wow I hadn't even reached 100 lbs yet.
-
I stretch alot but it's part of my program and it's doing wonders because it fits the kick to the head goal most ppl who train martial arts have otherwise I would only bother with my shoulders.

Do you work full time or part time and how busy? And what's your activity like on days you don't work? This should tell you your activity level. Ie: I work part 3 days a week fairly busy restaurant 1 shift can be 8k-20k steps depending on my table locations, rest of the week I'm semi sedentary because I'm a full time…

My experience when I was diagnosed was I did indeed lose mainly because metformin leaves me to nauseous to eat but meh. Honestly tho cutting back the sweets, going back to my natural eating patterns, and oddly upping exercise helped the most, I don't know why the third one helped and am almost positive it was entirely the…

I work as a waitress part time at a busy cept for this time of year restaurant. Get an activity tracker find your average step count to get the right activity lvl.

Maybe this will sound weird but maybe try each one for 2 weeks during which you write down or make notes here on how each diet type makes you feel, at the end compare the notes. Then at the end decide which you want to use to finish your cut or for the next time you cut.

Personal preference I'm not a morning eater and solid food before like 10 makes me queasy. So morning energy drink is the most I'll do and when I'm following 16 8 I won't even do that. Currently do to the sheer randomness of my current schedule between school, work, and mma training I'm giving 5:2 a shot because it fits…

It took mma classes to get me in a routine I've now added other stuff as auxiliary to improve that.

Plateaus happen but how closely are you weighing and logging?

Sneaky is a good thing.

I love arm bar from the bottom position of guard.

Eat the grilled chicken and the veggies not the potatoes and slaw all the time even tho they are really good. And chew gum if you can get away with it to help with the mindless snacking.

I can only speak for 2 prescription weight loss drugs I've seen on this site Adderall and Topamax both of which I was prescribed for other reasons. First Topamax, saw no weight changes but I was prescribed it for migraines and hey no side effects on that one which was surprising. Second Adderall, I took this one in various…

OK so I now kinda have a crush on your mind

I like it yeah I'm a bit hungry but meh the biggest challenge is when I'm at work, so many easy to cook high calorie choices. I usually just chew gum to keep from mindless snacking.

Figure out your average stride length in feet multiply times number of steps taken then either do the conversion maths or Google ft to miles
-
The time I did it I wouldn't say I had an exercise routine persay I was a waitress full time and took the stairs to the 3rd floor twice a week. I was also not eating much due to a medication's side effects.

16 8 has always worked well for me in the past it just doesn't fit my schedule right now. I'm enjoying 5/2 so far

I train mma with SL on the same day sometimes even (very long break tho.) I just don't intend to actually lift much beyond 200, I'm not a body builder don't want to be one but being able to move that kinda weight is useful. Also I average around 1700 cal for the week tho at my goal weight with maintenance it'll be 2000ish.

Dunno first time I've been on this particular campus. We did occasionally have them on the campus I was at.

Is it possible it's the way the veg have been cooked in the past. I find the southern version of many vegetables to be tasteless over cooked mush though I adore the veggies in all other versions delicious.

Depends on your situation. For me at lunch time if I've brought something like veggie beef soup or left over stuffed pork chops, if I didn't bring anything it depends on what's around maybe I can find a sit down. If it's 10 on a week night and I've just gotten out of my martial arts class then give me all the tacos. I'm…

If you can carry a cell phone or can wear a watch just set it to go buzzy buzzy once an hr and just keep like a small juice cup of water. It's how I do it at work

Either way is fun even if not very useful against someone bigger than me.

There is also the option of getting a manicure watch it with Dremel and razor really easy to cause damage there.

Lol I think that counts as crazy eddy bravo name. Either way it's been part of drill at least somewhat 5 of 12 monthes this last year so I like it and can land it from a few different positions but I don't feel I know enough to have a favorite.

There's another name for it that I don't remember that's just what it's called in my local school. I train thru a Machado school not one of the Gracie schools so some names are different. Basically take the back roll forward during the roll adjust arms and grip to rnc.
