If you wanted to start training for it, do some body weight exercises. You can look them up on Youtube. Chin-ups, push-ups and dips just to name a few.

There's no way to be certain.. Maybe it's time to get a HRM (Heart rate monitor). You can get them pretty cheap, and will tell you all sorts of info when you're wearing it.

Depends on a lot of variants, but a little wouldn't hurt. Definitely don't go over your limit. Personally, I avoid sugar like the plague!!

If you're doing stronglifts, I personally wouldn't do intense cardio. I would focus all your strength and energy into the Lifting, then do light cardio afterwards, if you still want to. I have the FT7 and it's great for me. It logs your workouts (on the watch), but you can't xfer them to your PC. "but the calories are not the same as what my HRM gives me." Different brands use different algorithms to calculate calories burned. I am pretty sure my Polar watch HRM is a little optimistic :P
