HIIT Yoga

How am I supposed to log it? As interval training or regular yoga? Because I'm pretty sure with how I'm sweating and being sore after, I burn way more than 77 cals in 30 minutes.

  • There's no way to be certain.. Maybe it's time to get a HRM (Heart rate monitor). You can get them pretty cheap, and will tell you all sorts of info when you're wearing it.

    I think you should go for Yoga. It will easily helps you and cheaper then training.

    I wear a Nike Fit Band and just log my Yoga or Pilates or Barre workout as cardio along with all my other activities. You do the same with a Fitbit
