Is there a counselor you can talk to about this? It sounds like it's more of a psychological problem. If you can figure out what is making you binge, then you can work around that. Counselors are really great for that kind of stuff- I recommend seeing one if you can.

Put a space between "img" and "src" in the beginning of the code. That should fix it; I just tried it on mine and it worked.

3-2-1 cakes! Mix one box of angel food cake with one box one any flavor cake mix (chocolate strawberry, whatever- but ONE BOX HAS TO BE ANGEL FOOD CAKE). I had that same scale, I loved it! It's at home in California right now, though, and I live in Washington. But it was always a great, reliable scale for me.

I can't have blankets or anything cover my face, to where I can feel my own breath. I will go from completely normal to absolute bat-*kitten* crazy in mere seconds if somebody covers my head with a blanket.

Not really religious, but since most of my friends participate in Lent, I usually give up something along with them. This year, I gave up negativity. And I've got a journal to write my negative thoughts down in. Then under each negative thought, I turn it around to a positive thought.

I don't know what your calorie goal is, but if you're one of those people on lower calorie intakes (like 1200), you could easily go up to 2000 (probably where your maintenance calories are) for today. You won't lose any weight, but you won't gain any either. :)

Alright, thanks guys. I'll see if we have power racks for bench. I really hope so. I can't wait to get back into lifting. I tried cleaning 80 pounds the other day, and barely managed 1 rep... definitely need to get my old strength back!
