I totally changed my diet about 6 weeks ago to clean eating and loved the feeling but unfortunately the abrupt change triggered a migraine (I have been a migraine suffer for years) ... the migraine lasted 2 weeks and at that point I kind of "fell off" intentionally .. as I couldn’t deal with it. I am currently slowly…

^^^^^ this is what I have always been told, and followed the advice and seems to have worked in my favour. I work in IT and have always worn a skirt, with a blazer or a cute blouse (depending on the weather) and ALWAY sky high heels (but I also wear those to work almost everyday).

Loved this - thanks for posting. :)

I also log in daily, actually more than daily usually right after or before I am eating as a log EVERYTHING. I am very serious about my goals and lifestyle change. Feel free to add me. thanks, L

update this week - 80miles - 6 miles - 5 miles - 3 miles = 66 miles to go
-
6 miles down 80-6=74 Edited to add ticker
-
Me too - I have done calorie cycling before and it worked for me but had to switch up my plan when I plateau...I don't think going down to 500 seems very healthy - the lowest I would go would be 1100ish and that was hard.
-
I  this!! I am def in and will challenge myself to 80 miles. Do we update daily, or weekly? And would also love to know how to get that ticker!!! Thanks, L

Love this - I was in a size 6/8 before my youngest son was born so who knows, I may be in a smaller size once I lose the fat and gain the muscle. I am almost 5'9 and my goal weight listed is 145 but that may change based on my body fat %...I will reevalute every 10lbs.

I use RunKeeper and love it. And have been experimenting with mICoach as I jog near a river and sometimes RunKeeper will hit across the river.

Chips, I miss chips ... and the occasional candy, sour keys, sour jube jubes... and going out for drinks...yummy, yummy caesers.

I agree with "great jobs & co-workers are hard to come by", if you know nothing is going to materialize then it will pass. It is a little workplace crush, nothing more. Don't quit, especially if you love your job!

Bumping for later - breakfast is the HARDEST meal for me...

Hey Ladies - I am 5'9 and would LOVE some more friends that are the same height with similiar goals. Makes it easy to relate to struggles, ect!! Please feel free to add me

the other thread isn't from the OP that I saw earlier! It looks like she cut and copied and then edited from the other poster.

I agree with @13inchestogo, I don't think it is unrealistic either but would set a goal weight and then reassess, if needed, when reached!! I am also 5'8.5 and have set my goal at 150 as a starting point and will reassess when I reach that. I have weighed as low as 97lbs, not healthy but was young and focused on skinny,…
