    This has been my goal for2 weeks and I had no idea there was a group!

    Mon 9/12: 1229 (p90x- cardio x, Plyometrics, Yoga x, and general strength training)
    Tues 9/11: 351 (walking and extra cleaning)
    Wed 9/12: 209 (extra cleaning)
    Thurs 9/13: 945 (p90x: ab ripper x, cardio x, core synergistics, and extra cleaning)
