    Weekly Goal:3500

    Week 1

    Mon: 0 (still reeling from fever)

    Tues: 570 (Stationary bike + Aerobics)

    Wed: 501 (Strength training + Weight training)

    Thur: 1012 (Zumba workout 50 mins) yea!!!

    Fri: 923 (Aerobics,walking,stationary bike)

    Sat: 382(Strength traning)

    Sun: 112 walking

    total: 3500 (Awesome soo happy and proud of myself!!!!!)

    Mon: 445 calories burned (rbike and walking 60 minutes)
    Tues: 507 calorie sburned (Stair-treadmill and bike 55 minutes)
    Wed: 629calories burned (stairtreadmill and bike 65 mins)
    Thur:0 calories burned(had to work late)
    Fri: 781calories burned stair-treadmill,treadmill and bike 90 mins)
    Sat: 619calories burned (stair treadmill,tradmill and bike 80 mins)
    Sun: 109calories burned (light cleaning 32 mins)

    So Far:3090
    Will increase my goal to 3500 next week

    Mon: 462 Jog/walk/jog intermittently sprinting uphills (whew!!)

    Tues: 559 Lower body circuits (extensions, curls and weighted squats) & elliptical

    Wed: 336 Weight training upper body/ Elliptical

    Thur: 447 hiking w/backpack (and child)

    Fri: 503 circuits weighted exercise and elliptical 45 mins

    Sat: 495 walking/ upper body weight training/ elliptical

    Sun: 280 25 min. circuit training

    Total: 3082

    My weekly goal is 3,500 calories
    Mon: 0 calories burned
    Tues: 0 calories burned
    Wed: 629 calories burned Walking 5.0 mph
    Thur: 85 calories burned Walking (interrupted by emergency)
    Fri: 1071 calories burned Walking 5.0 mph
    Sat: 736 calories burned Walking 4.5 mph
    Sun: 1283 calories burned Walking 5.0 mph and cleaning out my sisters garage
    Total: 3804
    Left: -304


    That many calories burned and I still gained weight....I know, I know...water retention, muscle building....I know all the reasons the scale goes the wrong direction, but it is frustrating as heck!
