  • I'm on this thing right now with Spaghetti Squash. to make a bunch ahead of time, buy two good size spaghetti squash (they are yellow and oblong...and CHEAP!) slice them in half, and season well with salt and pepper. put them in 350 over and bake flesh slide down for about 30 minutes, until they are soft. Let them cool off…

Smoothie with spinach, berries, flavored Greek yogurt and a half a scoop of whey protein. 4. Overnight oatmeal - serving of oatmeal…
  • There are tons of strength exercises online that require very little equipment, if any at all - using your own body weight. If you can get in a brisk walk at lunch like you are already doing and maybe just 20 minutes of strength while watching TV after the baby goes down for the night a few nights a week, would that help?
  • I have been battling fatigue too - i had blood work done and found that i am really deficient in vitamin D. I eat really healthy and exercise daily. Doc put me on a mega prescription D supplement. Hopefully that helps, but if you are just feeling wicked tired, it wouldn't hurt to rule out all that stuff.

  • I don't understand why "you're so lucky to be so thin" is a rude comment? I think it's likely that person trying to compliment you without being awkward...? If I heard that and I have, I say thank you because I assume its them complimenting me and then I tell them I run everyday and eat good and that helps. Because I don't…
  • figure out your available fast food options and google their nutrition. Most fast food chains offer nutrition online and a lot of them offer "nutrition calculators". plan it out, figure out what you want before you go and order that without looking at the menu, or pretty pictures of the other less healthy options. I travel…
  • Whenever I see someone - anyone - running outside, they make me feel lazy and motivated to go running, so if you are feeling self conscience, think about the people you are motivating as they drive/walk/etc by you! :)
  • I am 34, 5'8.5", CW is 130 and looking to lose inches now - get toned. The last weight is just clinging to my legs and hips and baby belly but the rest of my body is lean.
  • I have a bag of chips that continuously scans as chicken soup, on both my app and my husbands. Some foods really are coded wrong. it's sort of hilarious.
  • haha - you can't put something on the internet if it isn't true.
  • imdb.com Kevin James' real life wife. She'll look pretty familiar if you watch his stuff...but she is super-fine. Real life super-fine-ness.

  • So what if you gained a pound or even two this weekend?! Rome wasn't built in a day. You're on this path for the long haul, right? Denying yourself cheats and spills and falls will only make you feel guilty and make you lose hope. Celebrate the fact that you got a "weekend off", and know that you gotta get back on the…
  • This nutjob exists to have the spotlight on her, at any cost for any reason. There is no substance behind her mission other than "its not fair that a boy did it with subway and mdconalds". What is sadder crazy person herself, is the idea and sad reality that she probably has enthusiastic followers.
  • Because it's not a habit yet! I think they say it takes about a month to form a habit. You've been doing the same thing for years, its habit to fall back on it because that's comfortable! The longer you've been in one habit, the longer it takes it break it. Don't worry about falling back on old ways. Just remember you're…
  • Fun link! I am most like someone in Bangladesh! Sweet! I think this factoid is fun and goofy: "If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 34,963,270 tonnes from the total weight of the world's population"
  • Anyone is free to add me too - supportive friends are always awesome!

  • In December, I will be smoke free for two years. I started at 16 and quit at 32 - half my life I smoked a pack a day. I didn't have troubles breathing, or coughing. I didn't get sick all the time, I didn't feel bad, I was active and exercised regularly. But I wanted to quit, but couldn't do it. Then my father-in-law had a…
  • I see I am not alone but...I just read Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. Loved it. I breezed through it in 2 days. Couldn't put it down! It's sort of a murder mystery...? It's actually a hard book to describe without giving too much away, and i recommend not reading too much about it, for fear of spoilers (I have seen the big…
