I just started the 30ds on Sunday. I'm not able to do the jumping jacks yet I"ve been boxing and jogging in place instead. I am hoping to build up to the jumping jacks. Let's say you have 1700 calories a day. I don't think you can eat 1700 calories worth of Jelly donuts and lose weight. I might be wrong but I think you can have a jelly donut now an then. Everything in moderation.

I've been getting rotisseri chickens and taking all of the meat of the bones and weighting out 4oz and bagging them up. Those are $6 at Sam's club and I get the green giant for ones broc and cheese.
