    I did it!! half with 6 lb weights and 1/2 with nothing, My arms are pretty dead from my upper body strength training yesterday and I did some more weight lifting today along with this challenge. I kept my word and I am glad I added this mini challenge, gave me that extra umph

    My arms and back are sore in more places then I would have imagined! I can't wait for today's challenge--I think I'm getting addicted to them!
