I have rotissisier chicken (4oz) 2/3 cup of cooked brown rice, 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese and some trader Joe's ff balsamic vinaigrette dressing all for about 350 calories. It keeps me full. Good Luck!

Maybe while you are working on homework you could be getting lunches all ready for the next day. That would save you some time in the morning. YOu could get up a little bit earlier too. It's hard. I like talapia because it's so mild and takes on any flavor I give it. Tonight we are having fish tacos. I just take the frozen talapia and sprinkle some taco seasoning on it bake for about 20 minutes or so break it up and put in in a corn tortilla shell with lettuce, tomatoe or salsa, sometimes cheese and eat. We use it as speghetti and love it. But we don't bake ours. We just cut it in half lengthwise scoop out the seeds and boil for about 25 minutes or so and scoop it out. LOVE!

I take the mission extra thin corn tortilla and cut them in triangles spray a little pam on them and bake them. You can have 4 shells (32 triangles) for 160 calories. Taste really yummy. You don't need to make that many if you don't want to.

skinny taste has a lot of healthy crock pot meals. Also, cook during the weekend and freeze. You can just come home and heat it up. Freeze them in the right portions. Hope this helps!

This might sound gross... but I've been having scrambled eggs and cottage cheese. Sometimes three eggs with a half a cup of cottage cheese and sometimes just one egg plus two egg whites and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. I eat around 6:30am and I have a snack at 10am and it keeps me content.
