1 can of Starkist Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (yellow and blue can)
1/4 cup Progresso bread crumbs italian style
1 egg
combine all ingredients in a bowl
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in skillet
2. Using a 1/2 measuring cup, scoop mixture into hands and form a patty.
3. Brown patty for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
You can also use a little flour to help keep the patty mix together.

One can starkist tuna in water
2 tbsp old fashioned oats
1 egg white
1 tbsp low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
add pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (my favorites) and mix together to form a patty.
Brown it for a few minutes and Wallah!
