OK some ideas on the macros....remember that veggies and fruits are mostly carbs....I eat 70-20-10 (carb-protein-fat) I call it low fat vegan. He has great suggestions for vegan lifestyle change and health benefits to look forward to. Aerobic yard work...you bet! So that would be more than 12 minutes of some effort...mowing a large yard, pulling weeds, digging, etc. the big stuff. Having an iced tea and organizing seeds...probably not!
