    2 slices of wholemeal bread and a scrape of marmalade to make me feel human. Plus several cups of TEA. Does no one else drink tea round here?:drinker:

    French roast coffee with 2 poached eggs on a whole wheat bread slice and caramelized red onions with garlic and balsamic....386 calories, 17 grams of protein! yummy!

    I had some maple bacon grits (don't worry, they're the 100 calorie low sodium kind!), some green tea and carrots with greek yogurt dip (my fridge is broken, so I'm trying to eat whats in there quick HA!)

    a pot of coffee ..never actually ate till 11am today which i normally eat around 8am.. had grainberry bran flakes with chia seeds and protein powder..i mix a half a scoop of protein powder with cold water and use it for milk on cereal
