Turkey burgers, Hillshire farms & johnsonville have some really good chix or turkey sausages that are low fat & calorie, Grilled chicken breast, all veggies are great grilled, cut up fruit & veggies before you go & they will be a great thing to grab for snacking.

Great job!!! I hear you on that icky taste in your mouth or the blahhh feeling after. I have found that if you ask you can get something made special just about anywhere. Even if you just got either a bun or bread with a slice of cheese & some lettuce & tomato...still calories but not clogging up your arteries! lol…

Have you tried the silk unsweetend almond milk? I actually like that one better. (35 calories) I use it every day to make my Shakeology, never thought to use it for choc milk...hmm might have to try it! Thanks for the idea

Do you buy natural peanut or almond butter, The only igredients are salt & nuts so much better for you. There is also a product called pb2 it is dried peanut butter without all the fat. You mix it with water.

Try to make sure you are getting in all the healthy nutritional needs. You really need to have a good nutritional combination. When you print your report at the end of the day how is it looking? Are you short in any of the areas? healthy oils dairy fruits veggies protien whole grains

I too have had this for awhile but stayed using other trackers until now. I am really surprised how user friendly this site is & how many foods there are already entered into the food diary! I am loving this. Plus the iphone app is great!
