I heat up a banana on stove or microwave and mix it in with cinnamon and nutmeg. Then top it off with some almonds :D yum adding a smidge of salt will help! It can bring out natural sweetness!

actually its better to have the 50/20/30 ration. 50% carbs 20% protein 30% fat I'm vegan as well and this is what works for me, I'm actually eat a weight gain calorie regime, and on this I still lose weight. The fat and the protein are what we need. Alot of vegan fats are healthy :)

dude I luv you so much right now. Bread doesn't cause weight gain or inhibit weight loss. Unless you over excessively eat it to a point where your cals are through the roof and you got no exercise under your muffin topped belt. :D haha

I'm actually 5,6 BUT My doctor told me I'm about 5,5 at the end of the day sometimes because of gravity lol Here I am at 150 ish lbs: annnnd this is me at 110 lbs: And currently I'm 120 ish lbs.
