I had a hard time the week before Princess and the week after! I'm slowly getting back on track, but then I have more traveling. Traveling really throws me off :( I'm having a hard time logging my food...!!

I've been doing pretty good this week. Nailing all my scheduled workouts so far and staying within my calorie limit. I'm just a little tired from lack of sleep. Need to cut some things out of my schedule in the evening so I can get more rest at night. I also need to go grocery shopping... Hard to make good choices when I…

I loved the C25K program! I completed it in 2011. Good luck and stick to it! It really does work :)

I'm from San Diego, but now live in Phoenix area. I am aiming to lose 15 lbs for this challenge. I love to read, favorite book from this year is John Green's The Fault in our Stars. Favorite series is Chaos Walking by Patrick Ness. I workout with a personal trainer for strength training at least 2-3x's a week. I love to…

My 1st Half Marathon is on Sept 2nd. I'm doing the Disneyland Half Marathon. I'm also planning on doing the Wine & Dine at Disney World in November. I want the coast-to-coast medal :) So, I'll have my first 2 half marathons by end of year!!! Very excited. Depending on how it goes, I may aim to do a full in January…

I'm averaging 10-12 miles per week for 3 runs/week. It's going to be going up, as I'm adding mileage to my long runs (training for my first half marathon).

I completed C25K in March of this year. I've never been able to run before and now I'm training for a half-marathon. Never thought that was possible, but here I am! For the big boob problem, you can try to wear two sports bras. I found that to help me a little. Or you will need to invest in a good sports bra to hold the…

Someone posted it, but the C25K program is wonderful. I went from never running in my entire life, to running a 5K non-stop. I used to hate running. I am now training for a half-marathon. Love the program, I don't think I would've gotten to running without it.

Just checked this out! That looks so much fun!!!! And of course, a wonderful workout!

Thank you! That sounds like an amazing workout! I heard of the Zumba Toning, but have never done it in my gym classes, just traditional Zumba dancing. The chair part sounds fun! I think this is the way I'm going to have to go. Thanks everyone for your input :)

Congratulations!!!!! You look amazing, such a motivation for the rest of us.

@griveras: I know! I miss my Zumba instructors. I absolutely LOVE them! I just can’t make the classes at the times anymore due to my schedule. I’m bummed. I don’t have the Wii, but will look into the Exhilarate program. @anjelyc23: Which Zumba set do you have? @godroxmysox: Thank you for the suggestion! I’m going to check…

I started running in January of this year with the C25K program. So, I'm not a "long time" runner. Right now I'm training for a half-marathon. I've worked on the following things: -Form: practice on landing on mid-foot instead of my heels. Also worked on my posture and arm swing. -Breathing: practiced on breathing…

Congratulations on your success! You look amazing, such an inspiration :) One of my goals is to go skydiving when I get closer to my goal weight!

Thanks for your comments Tree72! Sometimes I wish I could've lost faster than I have been. But realizing it's a lifestyle change and not a race, I took it slow and had a lot of ups and downs trying to make adjustments and see what works for me. It took me a long time to become obese, I didn't go into it with the…

Thanks Nikstergirl! I never thought I'd run, so grateful that I found MFP and learned about the C25K program :)

Thanks Legmotor! Thanks Beanie! It feels good to get this far, but I'm still trying to stay focused on the end result and reaching a healthy BMI and weight. Thank you Roxie!
