meal timings are very important, and they are important for your metoblism. You should eat within an hour of getting up so that you can kick starting your metoblism. If you are not timing your eating then your metoblism tens to slow and that is not something that is helpful for weightloss.

People are not even paying attention to you, most of the time wont even notice you. You have to overcome that fear that everybody is watching you, and it will be worth it. I have found that it really depends what machine I am doing and were I am at. My treadmil at home is not accurate with MFP, but I always rely on my HRM to give me accurate calorie burn.

I try to make breakfast my biggest meal and then taper off. I have been focusing on eatting breakfast like a queen, lunch like a princess and dinner like a poor person. It helps to keep my energy up during the day and I sleep better at night.
