I know that in oz its usually a 2 oz difference between cooked and frozen. So If I am looking to have 6oz of Tilapia for dinner than I take it out of freezer and weight 8 oz for my portion

I do different things with chick peas... you can add them to salad or my favorite is to add them to quina while its cooking with some fresh mushrooms. Otherwise chickpeas can be made into hummus

I do not substitute greek yogurt in for Mayo, because I am not a big fan of greek yogurt in general. There are a few things that I have tried that I just dont like the taste of. I do however substitute avacado for mayo... try that instead if you are scared of the greek yogurt.

I do not work 16+ hours a day, but I work full time and Im a full time grad student... I get up early to run and then I work out on my lunch hour. I do small 30 day challenges like push-ups, wall sits and planks in the evening because I can fit them in. Do you get a lunch hour? Maybe you can fit a walk in then?

Cleaning at any level or effort is considered daily activity and should not be considered as exercise. If you are a stay at mom this is part of your daily activity ans is already configured into your goals. I didnt notice a whole lot of weight loss until I quit drinking pop. Even diet POP has sodium in it and this only causes you to hold onto water. I have not looked at your diary so I am not sure what your sodium intake is. Dont give up on yourself... this is a process.

I dont have a great support system either and its hard to be around my family becaues they simply dont care. YOU need to do what is right for you, even if that is hard.
