Reviving Week 2!! I finished Week 2 day 2 - and it was tough...I think I didn't get enough rest last night or something!! I'm going to slow down even more for day 3 and see if that helps.

My Intro.... I finished C25k last week - Zombie, Run edition....so of course I 'needed' a program to keep motivated :-) Anyway, today I will do Week 1 day 3 of the bridge to 10k.....should be good - although as I look outside, the wind is moving the trees quite a bit - so it may be 'fun'. Carrie

I did it!!! And it actually felt good - after the first mile! I only averaged 12:00 miles - but I'm perfectly at peace with that. Now looking for whats next....I definitely do better if I have schedule....I guess I'll do a search on the forums for what programs people graduate to. Stay the course if you are still on the…

I love my Fitbit. I've had it since November, and started using its numbers to track activity level and was surprised at how much I was 'lying' to myself about how active I was (wasn't). I've lost 10 pounds since using it religiously and tracking my calories on its site.
