It blends everything...you can feel that it's a little grainier, but a real good job at it. You can always try it out, and return it if it doesn't do it as small as you thought it would.

Yes! I have been having smoothies for breakfast for the past 3 weeks. I now have more veggies and fruit than I ever used to. I usually have 2 veggies and 2 fruits in my smoothies along with some type of nut/seed...love my nutribullet!

Usually a (100 calorie english muffin or thin bagel) with (yogurt or greek yogurt under 120 calories) So that my breakfast is under 250 calories.

When I first started I did some type of exercise everyday for atleast 35 minutes. The first 60 days I did either 35 minutes on the elliptical, or on the treadmill or zumba. Replied to you via message on this, but just in case others were wondering. I don't eat back calories unless I get hungry due to a harder workout. maybe 100-200 eating back of calories if needed...that's what I did....

I switched over to almond milk during my 100 lb weight loss because I believe one cup of it was 40 calories. Now that I have lost the weight I have both. fat free milk and almond milk. Hello all...and thanks. Yes people are surprised when they haven't seen me in a while. But most of my family and friends have actually seen my monthly updated pictures so they saw the progress. I used to keep my fat pants, but since then have ditched them. I now only keep one size up. I know if those are fitting too tight I need to start working my way back down. I don't ever want to be a size 24/26 again....currently a 14/16. Sold most of my clothes in garage sales .... well my mom did for me :) she's awesome!

Haven't given anything up yet...that I can think of. hmmmm nope. Portion control is all that is needed and staying within daily calories. Eat a couple cookies, not the box :D
